What to expect in your session
Check-In
Your therapist will ask about any areas of pain or discomfort, and how you are feeling overall. This helps shape the session around your current needs.
Comfortable Positioning
Using supportive cushions and bolsters, you will be positioned for comfort throughout the session. If you are still early in your postpartum recovery, positioning is carefully adapted to support your body.
Gentle Treatment
Your therapist will work through the areas of tension identified in your check-in, using gentle to moderate pressure tailored to your comfort. Techniques are selected based on what your body presents with on the day, and pressure is always communicated throughout.
Aftercare
After your session, your therapist may share gentle stretches or self-care suggestions to help manage symptoms between visits. We can also advise on treatment frequency based on your recovery.
